Election committee needed!

Dear fellow students,
we need your help for the election committee for the student parliament and the student representatives in December.

We need five motivated students, that are willing to form the election committee.

Your main tasks would be to design and print the election papers with all the candidates, organiseing and conduction of the election and the counting of the votes.
Additionally a election report has to be handed in to the newly formed StuPa.

It is important to know that the persons on the election committee are not eligible to be electet themselfs!

assemlby of the student body

Dear fellow students,

on the 21st of October the student body will assemble. What the assembly of the student body is is explained here.

The student assembly in the winter is especially interesting. The current councils and other helpful institutions of the student body will introduce themselves and explain what they do.

This year is also exciting since there will be another chance to take part in the decision regarding the learning rooms in the A building, the so called aquariums.

So, TAKE PART and inject yourselves to the university politics and attend on the 21st of October in the Audimax 1 at 1:15 p.m.

Student assembly topic selection

Hi fellow students,

the student assembly will take place on the 21st of October. We’re still looking for topics to discuss. If there’s something you’d like to talk about or have the Studentparliament address, please send your proposals to stupa-praesidium@tuhh.de by October 6th. 
A decision on whether your motions will be accepted will be made at the following meeting on the 7th of October

So, feel free to get involved, submit a motion, and come to the General Assembly on the 21st of October at 1 pm. in Audimax 1.

Seconde distribution of the Zukunftspaktmittel for student initiatives 2026

Dear student initiatives,

t’s time for the second round of the distribution of the ZukunftspaktMittel.
Your application, including all attachments, must be received in full by the StuPa Presidium by the 7th of September 2026 at 6pm. At the following meeting on the 9th of September 2026, the StuPa will then decide on the recommendation of your application. Send all to stupa-praesidium@tuhh.de.

Please bear in mind, that there are only €15,000 still available and that you may not exceed 25% of your annual budget with the funds from the first distribution.
